What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life is a minimum of 4 months.
What are your order minimums?
Initial order volume is $1000 and reorders of $500.
What is the product delivery availability?
We have various delivery options available. Please contact us.
Are products sold in cases only?
Yes, product is sold in cases only.
Does your product line change?
Product may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of the manufacturer.
What are the terms in which payment should be paid in full?
The terms are Net 30 days after delivery.
Do your products have UPC codes?
Yes, all products are UPC coded.
What method will the products be shipped?
If no shipping instructions are supplied, we will use our discretion to ship via the best and most economical way.
Can I return food product?
Returns are not accepted on food product.
Who do I call if I see any damages or shortages with my shipment?
In the event of any shortages or damages in a shipment, notify the delivering carrier at once and Figi’s Business Services Inc in 7 days.
Can I return product that I did not store or handle properly after receiving it?
Figi’s Business Services will not be responsible for product that has not been stored or handled properly.
What if I have product quality issues after receiving my shipment?
Any claim(s) for quality of product must be verified by a designated representative of Figi’s Business Services Inc. and filed with Figi’s Business Services Inc. within 90 days of receipt. No claim(s) will be honored after that date.
